bareMinerals: Nude Beach, The Full Reveal

Hey there friends!

Not too long ago, I did a review on the bareMinerals Fit and Fabulous Set and I’m not sure if I mentioned, but on that same trip to Marshalls, I also bought another bareMinerals set.

Behold… bareMinerals Nude Beach: the full reveal!

Quilted Make-Up Bag

This make-up bag is super, super cute, and although it may not seem like it, a lot fits inside! I’ve been using it to carry some emergency make-up in my purse… let me tell you, it gets the job done.

READY Luminizer in “The Awakening”

Honestly, I could’ve sworn that this was simply a blush, but it is actually a luminizer/illuminator. I will most likely continue to use it as a blush, but also to help double up on the illuminator, on those days that I really want to achieve a beautiful glow. This color is like a shimmery, rose-pink color. It is absolutely beautiful. It goes on the skin very light and it could help you achieve a fantastic natural, and healthy glow.

In the Nude & Nude Beach Eye Colors

These eyeshadows that came in the bareMinerals Nude Beach: the Full Reveal set are absolutely beautiful. They are great to create a nice smokey, yet natural look.

When I opened the “In the Nude” color, which would be the chocolate brown with bronze undertones, I wasn’t one-hundred percent sold on it, as the actual eyeshadow was a little bit clumpy. It is loose eye-shadow, by the way. Nonetheless, once you apply the color, it goes on flawlessly, and it has good pigmentation.

The “Nude Beach” eyeshadow color is probably my favorite out of the two. Both of them remind me of MAC Pigments, but this one especially. I love how shimmery it is, and how effortlessly it is to build it up. The color is a shimmery nude, champagne type of color. Note to self: it is extremely shimmery. I loooove it!

Lasting Line Long Wearing Eyeliner in “Lasting Brown”

The Lasting Line eyeliner in “Lasting Brown” is a dark-brown, chocolate colored eye-liner. It glides on extremely effortlessly. I’m not huge on brown eyeliner, as I prefer to use black, but this is perfect for your bottom lash-line. Also, I think that this could be an auxiliary brow pencil. I tested it out only eyebrows, and the color goes well and it helps that it glides on easily… think of it as a dupe for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow-Wiz, or maybe just a temp fix, until your ABH Brow Wiz comes in the mail.

Marvelous Moxie Lipstick in “Break Away”

All I can say about this lipstick is that I was expecting a larger lipstick. When I opened it and saw it being so small, I was a little disappointed. The color is pretty, it is a mauve/dark rose. Definitely goes well with the nude/natural theme.

Shimmer Glaze Lip Top Coat in “Diamond Glaze”

This product I am in love with. It is literally a glaze. This is a clear lip gloss with tiny gold glitter. It is very thick in consistency and it stays on your lips for a really long time. You can use it as a top coat, or you can simply wear it as a lipgloss, as I have done. This is a really nice product to use if all you’re trying to do is draw some attention to your lips by making them shimmery/glittery.

I definitely recommend this set, as well as bareMinerals products altogether. I think that it was a great buy for the amount of items that came. I probably spent no more than $25 for it, and I am content.

If you do get a chance, I definitely recommend that you try out bareMinerals products.

xoxo,
Flo Barcelo
